托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR United Kingdom
United Kingdom的要求
In England, the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework requires at least one person holding a full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate — a 12-hour, Level 3 qualification — to be on the premises whenever children are present, and on outings. The certificate must be renewed every three years, and staff who gained a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification since 30 June 2016 have three months from starting a role to obtain PFA in order to count in the staff-to-child ratios. Compliance is inspected by Ofsted.
过敏性休克与药物给药
The EYFS framework requires a written medicines policy and prior written parental consent, with anaphylaxis managed through the child's Individual Healthcare Plan or Allergy Action Plan. Auto-injectors are kept readily accessible rather than locked away, and Regulation 238 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 allows anyone to administer adrenaline to save a life. When a severe reaction unfolds, giving that dose within seconds can be lifesaving.

不要等到续期那天
When a young child chokes, has a seizure or suffers a severe allergic reaction, the outcome is shaped in the first minutes by whoever is there — not by the help on its way. A recognised, standards-based paediatric certification not only meets the EYFS requirement but gives your team the calm confidence to act, and reassures parents that their child is in capable hands. Training is what turns a frightening moment into one you're ready for.
